Pressure gauges

Pressure Gauges are designed to fit Hydraulic Pumps and Oil Injectors. The gauges are all liquid filled and/or equipped with a restriction screw in order to absorb any sudden pressure drop thereby preventing damage. Safety glass and blowout discs are standard for all gauges and all, except for TOOL PUMP GAUGE 700 (NTN-SNR) have dual scales (MPa/psi).

OK Coupling mounting and dismounting kits

SKF OK couplings use the SKF oil injection method to join two shaft together. The principle is to press two conical sleeves together on top of the shaft ends, while an oil film eliminates metallic contacts between the two surfaces. The result is a joint with very high torque capacity which can be easily mounted and dismounted. Every set is designed with a particular series of OK couplings in mind. They can be combined with other accessories from the SKF hydraulic tool program (e.g. pressure gauges, adaptor blocks, high pressure pipes, etc.)

Electric hot plate

The SKF 729659 C is a heating tool especially designed for pre-heating batches of small bearings before mounting them. The adjustable temperature range of the plate varies from 50 to 200 °C (120 and 390 °F). The flat heating surface ensures even bearing heating and the cover helps retain heat and keep contaminants out.

Heaters for dismounting

SKF’s range of heating equipment enables quick and safe dismounting of cylindrical roller bearing inner rings and covers a wide range of applications. Aluminum heating rings TMBR series are designed for dismounting inner rings of small and medium-size cylindrical roller bearings. Adjustable and fixed induction heaters EAZ series are suitable for frequent dismounting of various sizes of cylindrical roller bearing inner rings.

Description
The CMSS 5301 and CMSS 5302 accept inputs from any industry standard 100 mV/g accelerometer, conditions the input signals and provides a digital display and alarm status indication. Analog outputs (4 to 20 mA) are provided for each channel for interface to a PLC or DCS for trending, alarm and operator interface. The alarm contacts for the OK circuit and for Alert and Danger may be interfaced to machine control and shutdown systems for a complete vibration protection solution. The system is a pre-wired, turnkey package with power supply and bright LED displays. The power supply accepts 110 or 220 V AC, 50 or 60 Hz. They are available in either an Imperial or Metric configuration. The standard enclosure is NEMA 4X fiberglass; powder coated steel and stainless steel enclosures are available

Electrical Discharge Detector

The electrical discharge detector TKED 1 is a simple to use hand-held instrument for monitoring the electrical discharges emitted from motor bearings.
